All KASHO shears are guaranteed to be free of defects in material and workmanship for the life of the shear.  All shears come with free lifetime parts, when using our sharpening service. Warranty void if shear has been abused or neglected, such as corrosion from poor maintenance or nicks on the blade.

One complimentary sharpening coupon is included with the shear purchase. Warranty is void if shear has been serviced or sharpened by anyone other than the KASHO Service Center.


If you are not fully satisfied with your shear or item you may return within 7 days of purchase for an exchange/upgrade. The return must be in original packaging and contain all original items. Once received we will exchange your scissors for another model of similar price OR we will credit you towards the purchase of a more expensive pair. We do not provide refunds for any reason. Exchange is only offered once per purchase. Damaged shears are not accepted.

Contact KASHO at [email protected]. Notify us that you would like to return or exchange your item. We will create a return authorization number, do not send products without an RA number. Once inspection is complete we will process the exchange.
