Upon purchase of goods the buyer agrees to use products only for their intended purpose. Any other use will cause the buyer to assume full responsibility for any loss or damage arising out of their use.

How safe are my credit card details?
When you place an order at the checkout the credit card transaction is sent directly to the bank via eway. We do not transfer any details to others for their commercial use nor do we record or store any credit card information whatsoever. Our online system automatically encrypts all your details using the latest SSL (secure socket layer) encryption standard.

1.1 Payment in full is required before dispatch of your order.

2.2 All prices are invoiced including GST
2.3 International purchasers please be aware that the price you are charged by the online store will be your final price includes GST. As an international sales has as no GST applicable, You will recieve a refund for the GST charged on your proforma invoice produced by the web store.
3. Delivery and Handling
3.1.There are no freight charges for web orders over $200.
3.2 Orders under $200 will incur a flat rate fee of $12.95
3.3 All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
3.4 Goods shipped via courier must be checked for damage – prior to accepting delivery. We will not be liable for damage to or loss of goods left at your unattended delivery address.
3.5 Delivery must be made to a physical residential or business address. We cannot accept PO Box delivery addresses.
4. Returns and Refunds
4.1 If you are not fully satisfied with your shear or item you may return within 7 days of purchase for an exchange/upgrade
4.2 The return must be in original packaging and contain all original items.
4.3 Once received we will exchange your scissors for another model of similar price OR we will credit you towards the purchase of a more expensive pair.
4.4 We do not provide refunds for any reason.
4.5 Exchange is only offered once per purchase.
4.6 Damaged shears are not accepted.
5. Returns Process

5.2 Notify us that you would like to return or exchange your item.
5.3 We will create a return authorization number, do not send products without an RA number.
5.4 Once inspection is complete we will process the exchange.

This means that individuals and organisations outside of AAB FASHION such as mail houses, credit checking agencies or external debt collection agencies, will sometimes have access to personal information held by AAB FASHION and may use it on behalf of AAB FASHION. We require our AAB FASHION providers to adhere to strict privacy guidelines and not to keep this information or use it for any unauthorised purposes.
All KASHO shears are guaranteed to be free of defects in material and workmanship for the life of the shear. All shears come with free lifetime parts, when using our sharpening service. Warranty void if shear has been abused or neglected, such as corrosion from poor maintenance or nicks on the blade.
One complimentary sharpening coupon is included with the shear purchase. Warranty is void if shear has been serviced or sharpened by anyone other than the KASHO Service Center.
